The first floor features a Master King Bedroom en suite as well as a King Bedroom/bunk room/bathroom pod that is ideal for a young family. In the back of the first floor is a large laundry area/kitchenette, a powder-room with indoor and outdoor access and a family room. The family room opens up to the back yard living space which includes a deck for dining or lounging by the fireplace, a covered cabana area with grill, a heated inground pool with a sundeck and spa and plenty of space to relax, slow down and catch some vitamin D. Seabatical s second floor greets you with a spacious open concept area with a living room, dining room and gourmet kitchen. There are plenty of seats for everyone to be together. The expansive island seats 7 and the dining table can accommodate 12. There is plenty of storage for your things in the walk-in pantry. You can cook a feast in the gourmet kitchen featuring Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, relax and enjoy takeout, entertain guests or enjoy a meal on the screened in front porch. This floor also has a full bathroom and adult game room that opens to the second-floor deck overlooking the pool. Also, this floor features a Master King Bedroom en suite that opens to the back deck. The third floor offers an additional bunk room that opens to a star gazing deck. Adjacent you will find a bedroom with two doubles and a shared bath. Also, on this floor is the third Master King Bedroom en suite. Rounding out the third floor is also a second washer and dryer. The house comes with all the amenities you would expect!
